This pillow was designed to aid in nursing my son as he got older. I started nursing him using a standard sized nursing pillow and honestly never expected that I would still find myself nursing a 21 month old, but I am. Right after my son’s first birthday nursing him became a struggle. He tosses, turns, TUGS, and flops around on our old nursing pillow trying to find the comfortable position he was accustomed to. It didn’t take me long to realize I had to do something.
While searching the internet for some suggestions I kept coming across twin nursing pillows and I could see no reason they wouldn’t work for toddlers as well but the prices were shocking. I could easily pay between $50-$70 for a pillow, an extra $20 for a back support pillow, and up to $20 each for covers for the nursing pillow!
So I designed my own nursing pillow that is not only perfect for nursing mother’s of toddlers but for nursing mothers of twins as well.
Special features include:
Print Version. You get full size pattern pieces with detailed instructions and color photos of the process for making the Twin/Toddler Nursing Pillow, optional back support pillow, and cover for only $10.95. Shipping is $3.50 for US and Canadian residents.
Electric Version. You get full size pattern pieces that have been "tiled". They print out on standard paper and need to be taped together before use. You still get detailed instructions and color photos of the process for making the Twin/Toddler Nursing Pillow, optional back support pillow, and cover for only $9.95.
I do recommend you read the Notes on Tiled Products page prior to ordering a tiled product.
