Pleated Privacy Nursing Apron Pattern

This unique and feminine design uses pleats to provide extra fabric in the areas you need it most yet reduces the overall width of the apron across the top making it ideal for larger babies (and moms). However, it's practicality and design make it a "must have" for all moms!

An issue I often had while nursing was to try to remember which side I started on each time, as a result I often found myself producing more milk on one side than the other and getting a little lop-sided. I’ve addressed this by providing directions on adding a ribbon flower that can easily be slipped from right to left side of apron.

This apron can be worn in the front, just as shown, or thrown partially over your shoulder to more completely cover your side and back. There are no stiff edges or hard parts to injure you or your child and the apron easily folds up for transportation.

Special features of the Pleated Privacy Nursing Apron include:

  1. Two terry corners for cleaning up dribbles
  2. Two pockets; one on either side to store your nursing pads in
  3. Shorter sides to keep fabric from being trapped under you
  4. Longer front to provide more privacy
  5. Directions on adding an optional flower that transfers from side to side.
  6. 2-Inch strip of extra firm stabalizer across the top holds the apron away from your body to allow you to view your child as they nurse in privacy.
